The below images are a continuation of the previous post on Yugoslavia. These notes are from 1991, after the first currency reform and prior to the 92 reform. They have the named images of both Ivo Andric (Yugoslavian writer and Nobel Literature Prize winner) and Nikola Tesla (Serbian inventor who helped research towards the development of AC power, amongst numerous other dramatic contributions. He also appeared, or rather a statue of him appeared, on the old 500 dinar notes, first printed in the 1970s). Each of the portraits also appear in the whitespace as a watermark.

The image of a fire with the date the 29th of November 1943 appears on each of the notes (see image 3), this was the date of the conclusion of the Second meeting of the AVNOJ (Anti-Facist Council of National Liberation of Yugoslavia in English), and the formation of a Federal Yugoslavia, and the naming of Tito as Prime Minister.
